LittleMam creates personalized children’s storybooks and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately, including product descriptions, images, colors, layouts, previews, and personalization options. However, the final product may differ slightly from what appears on your screen due to device settings, screen resolution, printing differences, color variations, production methods, or design adjustments.
We do not guarantee that product colors, images, layouts, or appearance will be exactly the same as displayed on your device.
All product descriptions, prices, designs, and availability may be changed at any time without notice.
We may discontinue, modify, or limit any product or service at our discretion.
5. Personalization Details
Because our products are personalized, you are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before placing your order.

- Dedication text

LittleMam is not responsible for mistakes in the final product caused by incorrect, incomplete, misspelled, or inaccurate information submitted by you.
We may, but are not obligated to, make minor formatting, grammar, layout, or technical adjustments to personalization details in order to produce the product properly.
6. Uploaded Photos, Images, and Customer Content
Some LittleMam products may allow you to upload photos, images, names, messages, text, or other content.
By uploading or submitting content, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have permission to use it.
- You have permission from any person shown or identified in the content.
- The content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person.
- The content is not unlawful, harmful, offensive, abusive, misleading, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
- The content may be used by LittleMam and our service providers to create, produce, print, fulfill, deliver, support, and improve your order.
You grant LittleMam a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, format, print, display, and process your submitted content only as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill your order, provide customer support, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.
You remain responsible for any content you submit.
We reserve the right to reject, cancel, remove, or refuse any order or content that we believe violates these Terms, third-party rights, applicable law, or our content standards.

8. Custom Products, Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Personalized products are made specifically for you and may not be suitable for resale.
Because of the custom nature of personalized storybooks and related products, cancellations, changes, returns, or refunds may be limited once production has started.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Cancellation or change requests are not guaranteed and may only be accepted if production has not yet started.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy and provide clear photos and your order number.

By using our Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with LittleMam, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
