At LittleMam, every personalized children’s storybook is created with care, love, and attention to detail. Our goal is simple: to make every parent happy and every child feel special when they receive their book.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Personalized Storybooks and Custom Products
Because LittleMam creates personalized children’s storybooks specially for each customer, personalized and custom-made products cannot usually be returned or refunded once production or printing has started.
Before printing your book, we do our best to carefully review the order details and make sure the book is prepared with care. If a digital preview, proof, or review option is provided, you are responsible for checking all details carefully before approval, including:

Language selection

Uploaded photos or images

Any other personalization details
Once the book has been approved, sent to production, or printed, we are unable to cancel the order or refund the payment unless the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is a production issue caused by us.
Personalized books are made only for you and your child, so they cannot be resold or reused for another customer.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

If the issue is confirmed, we will make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or another suitable solution.
If the mistake was caused by us, our printing partner, or shipping damage, we will do our best to deliver the correct book to you with care and love.
Our priority is to make sure your child receives a beautiful book and that you feel happy and supported throughout the process.
Customer Mistakes in Personalization
LittleMam is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including incorrect spelling, wrong names, incorrect photos, wrong language selection, incorrect shipping address, or other personalization mistakes.
For this reason, we kindly ask you to review your order carefully before submitting it.

We will do our best to help if the book has not yet entered production. However, changes cannot be guaranteed once production or printing has started.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
For eligible non-personalized items, the fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
For personalized storybooks, exchanges are generally not available unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected by a production issue.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
However, this right may not apply to custom-made or personalized products that are created specifically for you, where permitted by applicable law.
For eligible items, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return or reviewed your issue.
If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
