Order Processing
Because our books are personalized and made especially for each child, every order may require time for preparation, customization, review, printing, and packaging.
We do our best to prepare each order carefully and make sure your personalized book is handled with love before it begins its journey to you.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has been processed and shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if tracking is available.

Business days do not include weekends, public holidays, customs delays, or carrier delays.

Personalized Products
LittleMam products are often custom-made for each child. Because of this, shipping times may include or be affected by the time needed to prepare, print, and package your personalized book.
We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible while keeping the quality, care, and emotional value your child deserves.
Our goal is not only to ship a product, but to deliver joy, imagination, and a story your child will remember.
Shipping Address

LittleMam is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please allow some extra time, especially during busy seasons, holidays, or international customs processing.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship LittleMam books to customers worldwide.
For international orders, delivery may take longer because of customs checks, local postal services, import procedures, and country-specific delivery conditions.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local fees, or additional charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
LittleMam is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local delivery services.

Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Packages

LittleMam is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing afterward. However, we still encourage you to contact us so we can review the case and assist you as much as we can.

If the damage is confirmed, we will do our best to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, reprint, refund, or another suitable solution according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipping.
Additional shipping fees may apply.
If a personalized order is returned to us, refunds may not be available because the product was custom-made for you.
